From MTV: KID ROCK and former girlfriend Kelley South have been ordered by a Macomb County, Michigan judge to sort out summer visitation and custody rights for their seven-year-old son. During a hearing last week, Macomb Circuit court judge Donald Miller warned Rock and South that if the two were unable to settle their differences over visitation for South, then the court would intercede and do so for them, according to "The Detroit News." "There's no question in my mind that both parents love this little guy and both parents deserve time with this little guy," Miller said during the proceedings on Wednesday. "But you're going to have to communicate back and forth. I don't want to get involved in this." Rock has maintained custody of their son since 1995, although a 1997 court order granted South four weeks of visitation with the child in the summer, as long as South provided Rock, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, at least 30 days prior notice.
