STEPHEN PEARCY SUES RATT

Former Ratt vocalist Stephen Pearcy filed a lawsuit against his ex-colleagues in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, specifically Bobby Blotzer, Warren DeMartini and manager Tim Heyne, for breach of contract and dissemination of false information on the Internet. Pearcy claims that his former bandmates withdrew money from a corporate checking account they shared and posted on the Net that he had quit Ratt, which led to the cancellation of a tour slated for January 2000.
