ANTHRAX ON ANOTHER SOUNDTRACK

ANTHRAX will offer a song to the John Carpenter horror movie Ghosts of Mars, which stars ICE CUBE as well as Natasha Henstridge. According to a post by SCOTT IAN at anthrax.com, in it "Earth colonists activate a primitive Martian race who have left behind their ghosts to prey on visitors to the planet by possessing their bodies. When a group of police discover them, they must fight to survive and save the human presence on Mars from the earlier inhabitants." Ian, who spent the weekend in the recording studio with the band and Carpenter (see the site for photos), sums up what they're creating as "music to kill humans by." The movie will be released on August 24.
