PANTERA SUMMER TOUR DATES
PANTERA has announced dates for its Extreme Steel North American summer tour, which will kick off in New Haven, Connecticut on June 20 and run through July 26 in Vancouver, British Columbia with SLAYER, STATIC-X, SKRAPE and MORBID ANGEL on the bill. While other bands will subject crowds to the elements in outdoor amphitheaters, Pantera will provide "Air-conditioned comfort at a high-decibel level," according to drummer Vinnie Paul. "We wanted to kick off the summer with a little metal madness of our own. Being Texas boys, we know how brutal the outdoors can be once June rolls around. We figured our fans are ready for a little evening excitement without any humidity other than the heat they'll generate all on their own." Finishing up its current U.S. swing tonight in Orlando, Florida, Pantera heads solo to Anchorage, Alaska and Seoul, Korea on May 3 and 6 respectively, then wings to New Zealand and Australia with COC supporting from May 9 through 20.
