EDDIE VAN HALEN IS CANCER FREE, SAYS VAL

Valerie Bertinelli, movie of the week queen, and wife of EDDIE VAN HALEN, was recently a guest on Live with Regis and Kelly, where she pretty much confirmed that Ed is cancer free, physically fit, and quite healthy. This is slightly odd, but it's a little surprising that Eddie's own statements were far more cryptic. My guess is that he's trying to take attention away from the Van Halen/David Lee Roth reunion rumors, which continue to circulate, despite statements made by both sides on their respective websites. Who knows? Maybe the reunion is still on, and they're just messing with us.
