The PINK track blows ass. I know, I know, it's all over radio and MTV, but since when has that ever stopped a song from being shitty? Ninety percent of mainstream radio playlists are populated with shit that you'd never see the likes of on a goat farm.
As you can see by the track listing, the rest of the disc is "greatest hits of the 80's 90's and today" collection, and might make for a good party disc...if you have a vagina.
With all that bashing out of the way, let me gloat about the NICKELBACK/KID ROCK/DIMEBAG version of "Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)". It sticks pretty true to the original, but the song has been beefed up substantially with tuned-down guitars, Chad Kroeger's grizzled vocals, Kid Rock's howling, and Dimebag...well, it's Dimebag Darrell doing his PANTERA-finger-noodling thing all over the updated track. I've spun this one track about seven times already, and if weren't for the fact that I haven't picked up my fucking guitar in a year, I'd be jamming along with it.
