The legacy of legendary comic BILL HICKS is honored with the upcoming release of Bill Hicks Live - Satirist, Social Critic, Stand-Up Comedian, which hits stores on October 26th via Rykodisc.

Bill Hicks Live - Satirist, Social Critic, Stand-Up Comedian is the first official DVD release from this legendary maverick performer, and captures Hicks in three of his most notorious full-length filmed performances: HBO’s One Night Stand from the Old Vic Theatre in Chicago, Revelations from the Dominion Theatre in London and Relentless, Bill’s infamous breakout performance at the Montreal Comedy Festival.

Throughout his brief but brilliant career, Hicks was a fearlessly confrontational and always controversial force. Today he remains an inspiration to musicians, comedians, writers and filmmakers worldwide.
