Authorities were searching for Albert Williamson of Pacoima, California, who was suspected of the shooting murder of his neighbor and the wounding of his neighbor's son after a dispute. While news crews were covering the manhunt, Williamson very calmly walked by the cameras and turned himself in...but not before giving a statement to a reporter.
