1,500 plus inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC), in Cebu, Philippines practice the zombie dance routine from Michael Jackson's Thriller video. This was just a practice, and oddly enough, the inmates WANTED to do this.
