Steve C - Ba ba ba ba ba...
Steve C, the executive producer of the Opie and Anthony Show frequently gets busted saying stupid shit into a microphone, not realizing he's being recorded. This little singing session (which was later remixed by Dru Boogie into a version of "Don't Worry, Be Happy") is just ONE of those times.
