February 10, 2008 - An unclothed, injured man was spotted running through traffic just before 10 am on Sunday morning along Banksville Road in Pittsburgh, PA during a snow squall. Police eventually arrived on the scene and were able to subdue the man. Authorities identify him as Andrew Croulet, 27, of Brookline, PA. They say he may have been running through the woods. Police sources say Croulet was impaired or under the influence of something. Croulet was taken to a local hospital and treated for injuries including hypothermia. Officials say Croulet now faces counts of open lewdness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
