March 5, 2008 - The Good Samaritan who tried to stop thieves from escaping with a tip jar from a suburban St. Louis Starbucks is now dead, and police need help finding the suspects. Watch surveillance video Roger Kreutz, 54, died early today, two days after he was struck by the getaway car outside the Crestwood Starbucks. The jar is believed to have contained a little over $5. Police are asking for the public's help in their search for the duo, who ran over Kreutz in an older Ford Taurus.
