We're trying to find out what city this clip was shot in, because we don't recognize the large steel chain links on the side of the road (yeah, like we're so worldly...bunch of shut-ins we are), but regardless, it's pretty damn impressive to see this guy's gravity defying balance skills on a big ass chain.
