Representative Alvin Holmes from Alabama talks about beer
Legislation was introduced in Alabama that would allow citizens to purchase beer with higher alcohol content than regular beer. Representative Alvin Holmes, however, did NOT agree that anyone needed more variety in their choice of beer and spoke out against the bill. This is what Mr. Holmes sounded like.
