Despite having made dozens of television appearances worldwide, this is the first time we're seeing Stevie Starr perform. Starr is a performance artist who refers to himself as a "professional regurgitator". His act consists of swallowing various items (including, but not limited to: lightbulbs, billiard balls, dry sugar, goldfish) and bringing them back up from his stomach. Many of the items go down dry and come right back up dry. He has never described exactly how this is done, and the implausibility of some of his regurgitations have led some to believe that he is an illusionist. This footage appears to be taken from an old Arsenio Hall appearance.
