Oct 9, 2008 - DEF LEPPARD performed at one their "NHL Face-Off Rocks" segments at the Fox Theater in Detroit to launch the new hockey season of the NHL. When the Stanley Cup was brought out, frontman Joe Elliot picked up the cup and placed it on a podium upside down. His responce? "We're soccer boys, what do we know?" That's what you get for hiring a band from England, fellas.
