October 18, 2008 - After enduring several swipes from the cast of NBC's "Saturday Night Live", Goverenor Saral Palin stopped in to make a few brief appearances on the show. She left most of the comedic heavy lifting to Tina Fey, who played Ms. Palin giving her first-ever press conference as a vice-presidential candidate (and then later to Amy Poehler, who performed a rap that Ms. Palin joked she had rehearsed, but then decided “might be a bad idea for the campaign.”)
