September 18, 2008 - NICKELBACK performs their tribute to Dimebag Darrell Abbott, included with an extended video intro, in front of a packed crowd at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre, the UK's largest exhibition center. Abbott was shot onstage by a mentally ill former US Marine named Nathan Gale on December 8, 2004, while performing with Damageplan at the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio.
