January 30, 2010 - a 21 year-old driver with an over-the-legal-limit blood alcohol level plows his BMW into a snowdrift in a parking lot in Suwalki, Poland (which incidentally has the lowest average temperature in all of Poland) a little after 10pm. The young man was arrested, and his car was impounded. Who needs brakes when you have enormous piles of snow? Right? Right? Uhh...hello?
