A wild woman in North Bergen, NJ apparently threw herself onto the back of a woman's car without provocation, then proceeded to lay in the middle of the busy street screaming until the police arrives...at which point she jumps up and does more crazy shit. we're told She's speaking farsi when yelling at the cop...she was saying "I have to pee I have to pee"
