SCORCH GETS SUSPENDED

Poor Scorch...looks like he had enough of the man...

According to FMQB, MD/afternoon jock Scorch has been suspended by Clear Channel Rocker WWDG/Syracuse for playing a tune that likely wouldn’t have been green-lighted by his boss. The title? "Fuck You, Blow Me!"

"He had been unhappy over the amount of sick days he had with the station," WWDG PD Erin Bristol told FMQB. "So, I guess he decided to make sure he had a few days off by playing the record." Bristol notes the tune didn’t come from the station’s music library. Weekend jock Dino is handling afternoons for now, while Bristol has picked up MD duties. Regarding Scorch’s future with "The Dog," Bristol says: "We’re looking at all avenues."
