detroit police officer gets high on stolen marijuana
On April 21, 2006, Cpl Edward Sanchez, a policeman in a Detriot suburb, called 9-1-1 after smoking marijuana with his wife. The drugs had been confiscated from criminal suspects, and when he smoked it, Sanchez told the operator he thought he was dying.
