WJW, Fox-8 Cleveland TV anchor Wayne Dawson makes fun of a reporter on the field by making a bad 'skin flute' joke. What's even more shocking is that he got away with saying that on live TV. Some people think Dawson didn't know what it meant. We think he knew exactly what he was doing.
