draining a neglected spider bite

A young man from (we think) Hawaii gets a spider bite on his chin and develops a nasty staph infection after neglecting it for a while. After a trip to WebMD (and not thhe hospital...oof), he drains this enormous cyst into his bathroom sink while his girl videotapes the whole disgusting event.
