December 21, 2007 - Raw video shows a daring high speed chase that came to a tragic ending Friday ...in San Diego, California. The fleeing car reached speeds of 100 miles per hour speeds on I-15 before crashing into another car and then some shrubbery in front of a home. As police approached with guns drawn the driver threw the car into reverse. Police fired and the car took off down a sidewalk. Moments later the car crashed into a tree. Police fired again and eventually pulled the suspect from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. A woman was also transported to a hospital. The chase began when a kidnapping was reported at a San Diego gas station. The suspect involved in the chase was at the gas station and fled when police arrived.
