bertie bee the soccer mascot flips a streaker
March 23, 2002 - This classic clip from 2002 shows Burnley F.C. mascot Bertie Bee laying the smackdown on a streaker at Turf Moor, a football stadium located in Burnley, Lancashire, and is the home ground of English football club Burnley F.C. The stewards struggle to thwart the naked fan, but Bertie steps in to save the day. Cue big furry bee doing wrestling celebrations at the side of the pitch. The tackle, in the 77th minute of the game against Bradford City, came as the streaker was sprinting back towards the Jimmy McIlroy stand.
