January 18, 2008 - While being interviewed by CNN's Brooke Anderson at the Sundance Film Festival about his new film, "In Bruges," he accidentally let a four-letter word slip out, followed quickly by another one!
Colin said of his director allowing him to keep his native Irish accent while playing a hit man in London based film, "F--- that, he's Irish!" referring to the English accent Colin uses in the upcoming Woody Allen film, "Cassandra's Dream."
Colin, realizing his live TV error, followed it up with a live S-bomb.
