February 4, 2008 - A man already in jail on a burglary charge in Scott County, Kentucky now faces assault charges. Court officials say Peter Hafer punched his attorney during a hearing in a Scott County courtroom. Hafer asked Judge Rob Johnson for a new court-appointed attorney. Moments after the judge denied that request, Hafer got into a scuffle with his attorney. Doug Crickmer, the attorney, had to go to the hospital but has since been released.
