Just to remind you that roads are hard, the folks over at Motorrijder thought that an effective motorcycle safety announcement would be to show how vulnerable human flesh is to gravel by showing a young man rubbing his arm down to a nub on the pavement. Even though it's all special effects, I think we get the idea.
