July 18, 2008 - Video from a camera mounted inside a Wilkesboro, North Carolina restaurant shows a car crashing through a wall, knocking a diner out of his booth and pinning him against a counter. The video shows 61-year-old Kenneth Mack Anderson sitting in a booth Wednesday evening at the Coffee House on Oakwoods Road. All of the sudden, a car crashes through the wall, throwing Anderson nearly eight feet.
