A jury has convicted a Harpers Ferry woman in a drunk driving incident where she nearly ran over a police officer with her car, and then resisted arrest.
The main evidence used by prosecutors was police dash-cam video that captured the incident on tape.
It happened on February 16th. Harpers Ferry Police Chief Donald Buracker says he was nearly mowed down by an out-of-control driver on Route 340, while he was providing back-up to a fellow officer.
