Joe Biden had to bite his tongue after an awkward moment during a speech he gave in Missouri on Tuesday. Biden was on the campaign trail in Columbia, Missouri when what he wanted to be a respectful nod to State Senator Chuck Graham became an unintentional insult. Biden asked Chuck Graham to stand up so people could recognize his hard work without realizing that the state senator was confined to a wheelchair! He caught his mistake right away but the look of shock on his face when he realized his blunder is priceless.
