November 4, 2008 - Standing outside of the 1221 Fairmount Ave in Philadelphia were two young black men in full Black Panther regalia, one with a nightstick in-hand, when a geeky-sounding young man with a camera phone approaches the two men, who announce they are providing security services. Later on, the police were called and the man with the nightstick was removed from the premises.
