I used to live in a Neighborhood in Boston that was kind of like this. People would beat the crap out of one another in the middle of the street. Women would scream, and some genius with a video camera would capture the whole event. I'm sure the guy whose head slammed against the car hood wasn't thinking of ANY of this at the time.
