Director Sam Raimi, who helmed the three SPIDER-MAN films and the EVIL DEAD trilogy, returns to the horror genre after fifteen years to direct Alison Loehman and Justin Long in DRAG ME TO HELL, which was written by Raimi and his brother Ivan. The film centers on Loehman's character, Christine, who disallows an old woman an extension on her mortgage payment, to prove she is able to make tough decisions to her boss. She is attacked by the old woman while getting into her car, and has a curse set upon her, threatening to send her to Hell for eternity.
