hatebreed cover 'ghosts of war' by slayer - preview
For the band's upcoming release "For The Lions", Connecticut-based HATEBREED will pay tribute to heavy metal icons with an all-covers release via Koch records on May 5th, 2009. The band will release a song per week via iTunes beginning March 31st with "Thristy & Miserable" (originally recorded by BLACK FLAG, followed by SUICIDAL TENDENCIES "Suicidal Maniac" on April 7th, "Shut Me Out" by SICK OF IT ALL on April 14th, "Ghosts of War" by SLAYER on April 21st, and METALLICA's "Escape" on April 28th. The first single from the disc will be "Ghosts of War", and the band has released a preview of the song and video online.
