May 11, 2009 - Kathryn Winkfein is a 72 year old woman, a great grandmother, and what most would think of as a sweet little lady. She was pulled over for speeding in Travis County, Texas by Deputy Chris Bieze. Apparently she did not want to sign the ticket, got into a bit of an argument with the officer and dared the cop to use the taser on her.
Officer Bieze and the 72 year old woman went back and forth, and he warned her if she did not step back, he would use the taser, and that is what he did.
