November 23, 2006 - Eugene Snelling was pulled over in Austin Texas for traveling 5mph over the 65mph speed limit. In the video from Officer Thomas O’Connor’s dashboard camera, he asked for Snelling’s driver's license. Next the officer told Snelling to get out of the car. He then used his Taser, and while Snelling falls to the ground O’Connor continues to tell Snelling to put his hands on the car.
