down: 'hail the leaf' live in los angeles
August 15, 2009 - DOWN (Philip Anselmo, Kirk Windstein, Pepper Keenan, Jimmy Bower) perform "Hail The Leaf" from the band's 1995 debut disc at the Wiltern in Los Angeles, California. Bassist Rex Brown opted to sit out this leg of the tour to tend to "personal issues" but will be re-joining the band for the latter portion of the tour as well as in the studio. The band recruited bassist Danny Theriot of Metairie, Louisiana to fill in on bass for the group's North American tour.
