Cars must catch fire in São Paulo, Brazil all the time, because look at how casually that man walks by the burning husk of a van burning by the side of the city street. He's a little too cocky, because many automobiles sold in Brazil contain natural gas tanks...which may be exactly what caused the massive explosion.
