Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn Of the Dead, Creepshow) returns to the zombie genre with "Survival Of the Dead", which takes place on an island off the coast of Delaware, with local residents simultaneously fighting a zombie epidemic while hoping for a cure to return their undead relatives back to their human state. Sounds like classic Romero to us.
