stun gun to the neck - an exercise in stupidity

Here's an exercise in stupidity if ever we saw one; We think this guy's name is 'Dangerous Dave'...not that he seems very threatening. He does seem rather stupid though...because he nails himself in the neck with 80,000 volts via stun gun. Or is it Taser gun?
