Steven J. Cousineau is a 42 year-old wild man from San Jose, dressed in a cowboy hat and sunglasses, and hhe feels that his invention... the 'wheels of change' (which are essentially hubcaps for your bike..will revolutionize cycling. The judges don't think seem to think so.
