February 23, 2008 - Due to popular demand, Byron Garcia, the security consultant for the Philippino government, who is also credited with starting the program of choreographed exercise routines for the inmates of the CPDRC (Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines), had the inmates rehearse and perform dance routines to "Soulja Boy" and "You Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer.
