Here it goes. At my place of business, in order to get "leave", which is time off with pay, like vacation time, you need to submit a leave slip no sooner than 90 days prior to when you need the time. Keep that in mind.....Now...on your days off...or on a holiday, you can get "drafted" which means, they go down this seniority roster, and select names of people that have to work on their days off. When you submit leave, say from the 1st to the 6th of the month, they cannot draft you to work, say on the 4th, because that's part of your vacation time that you submitted. Hard concept to follow? Not really. Well these fucks, at my work, called "bosses" or "officials" are fucking morons. I have "leave" in for Christmas, from the 23rd to the 27th, but these fucks went ahead and drafted me to work on Christmas Eve. you really think I'm going to drive up to Jersey, and then back down just work in this fuckin hell hole? Fuck no. Fuck you you insulant dick shits. You make the rules, so you need to follow the shit. No last minute exceptions because you can't do your fuckin job. Your only job is to make peoples leave and time and attendance right....so fuckin do it. Ass clowns. I hate this place. Have a good Holiday everyone. I know I will...I'm fuckin calling in sick. Peace
