JUST A RANT ABOUT TELEVISION

Have any of you tuned into this trainwreck of a program on ESPN Classic called "Cheap Seats"???? I just finished shipping off an email to ESPN, begging them to get take this, this, this...I don't even have words to describe this freak show. Beside just being totally idiotic, the two rear-admirals that host the show are..well...for lack of better terminology...GAY! I'm not talking GAY like Richard Simmons GAY....these two are truly DIVAS. Holy crap! What's more disturbing is that people subscribe for cable, dish network, directv, whatever, and this is what ESPN serves in their lineup. Whoever made the final decision to air this trash is truly a dick. On the public television front... I love all the whining coming from the NFL, the public, and other organizations regarding the opening of the Monday night game with T.O. and Nicolette Sheridan. The problem with the world in general, is that there are too many tree huggin hippies, bleeding hearts, and people who think they are morally sound. I didn't see any funbags or asscracks flashing across the screen, did you? Maybe it was because it was implied that a black man saw a white woman naked? Why must people remove the entertainment value of everything, and turn it around like it was something filthy? I got a chuckle out of it, as i'm sure the greater populus of viewers on Monday night did as well. Here's what bothers me. If there were any men that were disturbed by viewing this, and they are watching football, then they are gay, or jealous. Ok, i'm a little jealous that T.O. got to rub his athletic supporter covered gronk against Nicolette, but hell, God didn't make me 6'0+ and bless me with the ability or talent to make it in the NFL. It was entertaining people! Get a friggin grip! And i'm sure there are those that complained that their children were watching, blah blah blah. Your little snotpickin kids should be in fuckin bed. Frankly, if you wanna get technical about what your kids are watching...what are you saying to your children if you're letting them watch Ray Lewis play football? Here's a man who obstructed justice in a murder case, is still allowed to play football, and there are some little kids running around wearing this guys jersey. What kind of message are you sending by letting them praise this man? Hell of a football player, but in my eyes, a selfish liar who only cares about his own neck. Ray didn't obstruct justice because he just caught a glimpse of a half naked woman on network television. Get my drift? If the network had tried to air T.O. fitting Nicolette with a Roman War Helmet, then yeah, I could see a problem with that and your kids watching. The world needs a fuckin enema!
SUCKIN IT UP...

Ok, I don't want to re-hash anything that's been old news for a couple of weeks now, but I'll be a standup dude and tip my hat to Boston. That's all I'm going to do though. Now that i've gotten that out of the way, being a Steeler fan as well, I will tip my hat to the Patriots for their great run that ended in Pittsburgh last Sunday. I'm sure they're glad the winning streak monkey is off their backs, and now they can play ball again. Now on to important matters... Philly is gonna get their ASS pounded this week. Sorry Philly fans, but this is the week that you all learn just how "NOT SO GREAT" your 7-0 team really is, and just how stupid the front office is for letting Duce Staley go. I personally was shocked when talks of Duce going to Pitt surfaced, and almost had a stroke when the deal was done. What the hell were they thinking? Proof is in the puddin, Duce has found a home, and re-established himself as a go-to guy, and difference maker. Philly might just get turned into the one dimensional team that NE turned into last week. I'd give them half a chance if the game were at Philly, but for all intents and purposes, this game is pretty much over in my eyes. Maybe I'm a bit premature, and If I am, my next post will be me suckin it up to the Philly fans. Don't count on that happening though. Steelers 34 - Eagles 17
