Yeah, “?” is the name of the album, how appropriate because the question mark is exactly what popped into my head when I put this in and wondered why these guys haven’t given up yet. Steve C likes to make fun of me because I’m a huge ZAKK WYLDE fan, and he acts as if anytime I give something a bad review that I’m holding it up to some kind of BLS standard, which is totally untrue. I actually have a wide taste for music, but uh, this doesn’t fit in anywhere. I mean, they covered “Stone Cold Crazy” and ruined it, that alone was a dumb move. Certain tracks on the CD express exactly what I was thinking as I was listening, such as: “Help…” or “Hang On For Life.” Come on, can you guys really take yourselves seriously with a song title like “Joni Woni (Likes To Ride The Pony)?” ENUFF Z'NUFF– they should have taken a hint from their band name years ago and gone back to flipping burgers.
(as a side note, I would like to say that while I DO give Rob huge amounts of shit for being a Zakk Wylde uber-fan, I would never even attempt to equate what this 80's leftover group was doing to anything Zakk was involved with - SC)
