Take away the violins and cello and Bond could very well be your average pretty-faced pop outfit. Refreshingly, they're anything but that. You've probably heard "Victory"... it's a string quartet performing with piano and a drumbeat. It's good that Bond do not attempt to update any renowned classical pieces like Vanessa Mae has a habit of doing. Instead, they play modern composers' works and even wrote some tunes themselves. Classical purists will probably loathe this but these girls have some good melodies and their playing is nothing short of amazing. Bond gives a fresh take at what was once considered stuffy.
