Dominator isn’t just for Metal Hammer any longer. The Sci Fi Channel helped bring this DVD movie to us. To dive right in I must say that Metal Hell is the focus here. Dominator (voice by Dani Filth). The Magna comic maven or monster is on the run from three evil hell bounty hunters. Doug Bradley (Pinhead) is also one of the stars. All of this takes place in London. I can tell you that it looks awesome in1080i! The Hydrahead was amazing. Some actual comic gore comes into play and helps the feel of the movie. Darkadia is really where Dominator reigned and The Lost chord brings Dominator out. Ozzy or Elvis could escape Darkadia? Maybe. A battle over London ensues and they even blow up Big Ben. You find out that bullet have no effect on Dominator. He is also a lady’s man who wants to shag and ends up jamming with an all girl band, Crowcut. Dom goes on to protect London and the fight scene that is closer to the end is damned good. The guy is so cool he even has a cell phone (is that being cool?). They even throw in a Thunderbirds reference into the whole mix, it is priceless. Desecrator ends up getting the key back (to the Prim Minister of Evil) somehow and the evil is about destroy London and the earth. And a big battle ends it. You’ll be amazed that this is a full feature length film that does hold up well and animation fans will really dig it. Killing Mode, COF, Sikth, Jezebel and the Digital’s are a few of the band featured on the soundtrack.
