HAZARDOUS MUTATION

I think it's funny that the name of this band is 'MUNICIPAL WASTE' because that’s another word for "Garbage," which is pretty much dead-on. The vocals are pure fucking garbage, no amount of guitar skill or pinch harmonics is going to redeem the horrid vocals. Hazardous Mutation does not have one single song over 3 minutes, you aren’t the MISFITS, and you aren’t ANAL CUNT, the total running time is 26 minutes and 10 seconds. Why bother?
